Who is Jay Stone?
Founder of Stone Changes, Jay works with managers who feel lost and overwhelmed by change. Through coaching, courses and a collaborative community, she encourages women to build successful careers and lead teams through uncertainty, by stepping into their roles as positive leaders of change.
Within organisations, Jay also supports leaders to deliver change management programmes that energise people and helps to translate vision into clarity and inspired action.
As someone who has lost her mother at a very young age, Jo understands the importance of providing people with the right support at times of struggle, and she facilitates this process with genuine care and passion to make a difference.
